What People's Say About Place

We were craving Baja fish tacos like the ones we were used to in California and came across this spot online. We came in and noticed the Dodgers stadium painting at the front and they were playing game 7 of the 2025 World Series—we knew we were at the right spot. Ordered the fish tacos along with a couple other street tacos. These were prob one of the best fish tacos we’ve had. Perfectly fried with the burst of flavors from all the toppings. We HAD to get seconds. The cabeza street taco is also worth a mention. The salsas made in-house were the cherry on top. The owner was very welcoming and did it all— host, server, bus-boy, all the above. They are very hard working and take pride of their restaurant. The laidback vibe and hospitality were refreshing and we can’t wait to come back and try other menu items!

Such great authentic Mexican food for a great price. Everything is very well prepared. Awesome customer service. Such fresh and high quality everything. Wasn’t crowded so we got our food quick. Coming back with more friends next time!

First time to visit Sr Ozzy's. Very good tacos. I tried the chicken, asada, cabeza, and tripas(very crispy). All very good. The salsa taste great. Wonderful service. Will definitely return

Food and drinks were excellent. Ordered a horchata and Jamaica margarita (hibiscus), both were delicious. My mom loved her birria tacos and we shared the shrimp aguachile and ceviche. It was so big and so fresh! Totally recommend this place!

Stopped in for lunch as I was in the area. It’s located in a shopping strip just off the tollway. It’s not a very big location and doesn’t stand out. It was empty and the owner was my waiter. Very nice guy and explained to me how everything is made fresh in house. You get chips and a couple of salsa options. Both have some spice to them. I ordered the 2 specialty tacos with rice and beans combo. My tacos were the Surf and Turf and Beer Battered Shrimp. Both very tasty. The surf and turf was almost like a birria style taco. Juice just dripping out of it. Shrimp taco was well fried and plump juicy shrimp. The rice was well cooked and seasoned. The refried beans which don’t usually do much for me were delicious. Some of the best I have had. The meal was very filling and delicious. I will for sure come back and check out some other options. Major props to the food and owner.

I’ve been to Sr. Ozzy’s quite a few times since discovering them. Today I think I had my favorite! As someone from California this is the perfect mix of authentic and California-approved Mexican in Texas! Food is always fresh, perfect, and the owners are very friendly as well! Definitely try their quesobirria tacos or asada burrito next time you try them!!

Great little taco spot hidden next to Blue Goose wit more flavor. Margaritas need to be a little bigger or less ice with some add alcohol but overall great food quesabirria and consume was delicious and the burritos are packed with meat. Tried the Sonoran Hot Dog and omg Chicago just lost the title....New York with onions sauce is the closest competitor to this deliciously flavored and prepared hot dog.

This review is about 3 years overdue because I’m terrible about remembering to leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. The food is always so good. Everything we’ve tried has been perfectly seasoned and cooked just right every time. And their rice is always perfect…which says a lot because rice can make or break a Mexican food plate. It’s hard to find really good Mariscos and Mexican food nearby, but they truly do it right here. The quality and flavor are always consistent. The owners are also amazing people. They’re always welcoming and make you feel at home when you walk in. This has easily become one of our go-to places!
